At least 3+ years of experience in a similar position
Experience working with human resources principles, practices and procedures, Human Resources laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or related field preferred
Fluency in English language (reading, writing and speaking)
PC Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Integrity, responsibility, ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
Interpersonal skills for interacting with management and employees on employee relations issues
Comprehension skills for understanding needs and concerns & developing and applying solution
Coordinates the payroll and administration for Allianz Services Romania under governance of daily operations
Ensures the processing of employee master data changes, new hires, transfers, promotions and terminations is accurate and timely
Review and analyze monthly payroll for attendance accuracy and as per internal policies
Responsible for legal actions regarding issues with employees, collaboration with legal advisor and HRBP
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
Reviews, recommends, updates and implement related Compensation and Benefits processes and procedures
Maintain the relationship with the HR services providers foe HR related areas and for benefits (such as payroll provider, medical services, lunch voucher provider, etc)
Act as a partner and SME for systems implementations in her/his area
