    -Supplier interaction: Experience interacting and negotiating with the company's suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, and maintaining strong professional relationships.

    At HRS Romania, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Office Manager to bolster our esteemed team. This role is pivotal in supporting our management and sales departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the board.     Key Responsibilities:

    -Act as a primary support system for the Management, Sales, and Recruitment teams, aiding in various administrative tasks.
    -Research diverse topics to meet the evolving needs of our business.
    -Manage budgets for events, projects, and general expenses with precision.
    -Handle primary accounting tasks and HR administration, ensuring seamless operations.
    -Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes, creating a welcoming environment for new team members and a smooth transition for departing ones.
    -Maintain both physical and digital archives, ensuring information is organized and accessible.
