Our Actuarial Service Center is the partner of more than 20 Allianz entities, providing services for actuarial modeling and valuation, risk management, product development, data analytics, reporting and process optimizations. Our expertise is further completed by our Financial Business Services team, offering solutions in the fields of accounting, controlling, reporting, financial analysis, data / business analytics and procurement. Moreover, our clients can benefit from an all-encompassing perspective on the corporate environment thanks to the knowledge of our Professional Services team, providing business solutions at scale. Our colleagues from HR & Governance Services have an extensive experience in the areas of Audit, Legal, Finance, Resilience, Risk Management, Anti-fraud, Insurance Operations, Communication and HR.And last, but now least, the constant upgrade of our results is supported by our Operations Engineering team, ensuring continuity by designing sustainable processes and a great customer experience.
The Lean Six Sigma program was successfully launched in 2021 within Allianz Services Romania, and it aims to support our employees in continuously upgrading their skills and improving their work processes. In Romania, more than 400 collegues were certified with White Belt diploma through this initiative, more than 40 with the Yellow Belt, and 10 colleagues were certified with the Green Belt.
