Angajatori de TOP

Angajatori de TOP is the biggest recruitment and employer branding event in Romania, with a tradition of 24 editions at national level. It brings together over 160 of the biggest employers and 23.000 experienced professionals and students each season. It takes place twice a year, in spring and in autumn in Bucharest, Iasi and Timisoara.

This spring we will organize the 16^th edition of Angajatori de TOP in Bucharest, the biggest career event on the market dedicated to professionals. 

This edition we expect: Over 15 000 visitors More than 90 major employers offering over 2 000 jobs and internship programs for students and graduates Angajatori de TOP offers you a great opportunity to interact with a large candidate pool in a very short period of time and helps your company raise its awareness and build a strong employer brand among experienced professionals and fresh graduates. At the last edition, more than 32% of participants had more than 5 years’ experience, 91% were English speakers and 53% were French speakers.

Angajatori de TOP Timisoara This spring we return to Timisoara to organize the biggest career fair on the market dedicated to professionals. For this edition of Angajatori de TOP in Timisoara we expect: more than 50 companies over 5000 visitors. Workshops are the best way to endorse your company employer brand in 45 minutes presentation on a predefined theme, in front of the best 40-60 preselected participants.

Candidate profile

We address mainly  the young talented people with strong interests in personal development, and professionals with up to 5 years of experience and more. They speak at least one foreign language at the intermediate or advanced level and show a visible interest in developing a career.

In the last 8 years we have developed an excellent mix of channels in order to generate awareness for your employer brand and attract the right students & experienced professionals.
