We address mainly candidates who are passionate and excited to learn and to continuously invest in their personal and professional development and have:

Marketing campaign

Through our presence in campus and a complex online marketing campaign, we aim to attract the most candidates who fit the profile outlined above.

Through our online campaign we reach the right candidates - students or graduates who had shown interest in Accounting, Audit, Taxes, Legal, IT or Management:

• Microsite on www.hipo.ro between January 27^th – March 28^th;
• Exclusive newsletters send to 70.000 candidates from www.hipo.ro;
• Newsletters sent to candidates form internal database, with 20.000 candidates from our previous projects from Bucharest;
• Online banners on over 15 partner websites;
• Communication campaign covering over 2000 online communities;
• Dedicated campaign on our social networks reaching 42.536 fans interested in internship and graduate programs (see Talent Network, Internship & Trainee Marathon and HIPO).

Through our offline campaign we create a level of awareness regarding the program and reach potential participants who have proved interest in the targeted domains, candidates that cannot be reached through other channels:

• Flyers and recommendation forms;
• Posters covering the main universities: ASE, University Politehnica of Bucharest and Faculty of Law;
• Posting ads in national publications for  students and national business or daily publications for the targeted domains;
• Stand-up banners and interactive info-desks in ASE, University Politehnica of Bucharest and Faculty of Law;
• Our Talent Scouts will attract high potential candidates and handle direct interaction with this pool;
• Partnerships with 20 NGO’s;
• Partnerships with Universities: ASE, University Politehnica of Bucharest and Faculty of Law.
