Each employee is supposed to have a PDP (Personal Development Plan)

PDP includes development targets, development activities, career goals and aspirations and recording achievements. PDPs are mid-term related (appr. 1-3 years planning horizon) concerning development targets and career goals. The duration of development activities to reach development targets and career goals can vary depending on the employee’s needs

Based on performance, time on level and – most importantly – on the role model for each level, the management team will decide at the end of each year on the promotion candidates.
