    Cerinte

    • University Degree in economic Economics, Public Relations, or Communication or Cybernetics/IT studies with special focus on banking and finance or HR;
    • Profound Strong knowledge of banking products and processes;
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Communication and Change Management in a bank the banking business (front or back office) or in a consulting company active in banking sector(Loan department, Organization department...);
    • Strong communication and marketing knowledge in either retail or company corporate or private banking;
    • Core Banking Solution Implementation is a big asset;
    • Knowledge in Finance & Accounting (in banking) is a big asset;
    • Strong process knowledge (front or back office);
    • Integration experience is a big asset;
    • CRM knowledge is a further asset;
    • Fluency in English is required (German language is a real asset)(another foreign language is an asset);
    • Computer skills: MS Office, especially Power Point;
    • Quick thinking, very well organized, reliable and able to multitask and meet deadlines;
    • Good communication and organizational skills;
    • Experience in presentations;
    • Optimistic, friendly and flexible, problem-solving attitude;
    • Quickly integrating and a team-player;
    • Willing to travel;
    • Willing to take on greater responsibilities as the company develops.

    Responsabilitati

    As a Consultant in the Communication for the Banking field with experience Core bank project Change Management experience you will be assigned to challenging projects supporting our national and international clients achieving their goals. You will work closely with our clients and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. You will also have to set up communication campaigns and concepts, organize events, attend fairs and implement techniques to improve internal communication for our clients. You will work in a team environment focusing on your primary field of expertise.

    Your tasks reach from the process analysis and the definition of the system requirements up to the selection and implementation of individual system solutions. Your will use your bank-specific product and process knowledge in order to find together with software developers and IT specialists the ideal solution for our customers.

    With this exciting challenge we contact ladies and gentlemen, who acquired after their economic studies already 2 years bank communication / marketing change / management practice and now aim an international career in the bank consultation business.
    Personally you are characterized by good communication skills, pronounced analytic abilities, strategic thinking as well as by the readiness for international work on the project.
