    Job role

    Workplace Management within Allianz SE’s Holding IT Demand Management department monitors the service cost and provides a high degree of performance and risk transparency of IT equipment within Allianz. In addition, active communication and coordination are done with the customers and suppliers to support the digitalization change of Allianz. Another purpose is to challenge and improve IT workstation services in a manner that aligns business needs with efficient cost utilization, IT Security and reduction of complexity. The job role comes to strengthen the communication and coordination with the Group Center controllers in relation with workplace charging, cost controlling and assuring correct allocation of users and costs.

    Responsibilities

    • Cluster SLA information of workplace services (currently approximately 300 services of Allianz Technology are in scope)
    • Cost controlling of workplace materials, e.g. check incoming invoices against contracts and order forms

    • Coordination with Workplace Management and IT Controlling team in Holding IT Demand Management dept.

    • Support to Group Center controllers concerning requests according to workplace charging and workflow for ordering/decommissioning

      Requirements

    • University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics

    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

    • Would be a plus knowledge related to invoices, billing materials, supplier contracts

    • Experience with financial systems and tools (SAP CAP/BAP, ServiceNow) is a plus

    • Knowledge of MS-Office (esp. Excel)

    • Min.1-2 year experience in a similar role
