A Snapshot of Your Day

As Financial Analyst in Grid Technology Business Controlling you will be involved in month-end closing, monthly forecast, ACT vs Forecast deviations as well as planning activities for business area functions. You will work with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams in- and outside Grid Technologies.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Supporting month-end close as well as planning processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Defining and analyzing financial (and operational) KPI to actively guide the business area functions.
• Providing guidance and governance for controlling and accounting related topics.
• Identifying processes that can be automated and performed more efficiently.
• Driving digitalization in cooperation with the Data, Processes & Systems team.

What You Bring

• Several years of relevant professional experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting and controlling in a multinational controlling environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw conclusions and suggest mitigations.
• Enjoy working independently, safely, and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change.
• Team orientation with good collaboration and communication skills.
• Expert in the use of Microsoft products (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint etc.) as well as SAP FI/CO. Knowledge of relevant tools for data analysis and visualization (e.g., Tableau, SAC etc.) is a plus.
• Business i¬?uent in English, basic knowledge of German is a plus.
