SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

•Technical bachelor degree;
•ISO standard for manufacturing activities;
•3 years of working experience in Manufacturing Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality Assurance- is a plus;
•Good knowledge and experience working with 8D report, 5WHY, QCS, PPAP, Control Plan, etc;
•English skills: written / spoken / reading;
•Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication abilities;
•Well organized, able to prioritize, having a high capacity to solve problems;
•Technical/ analytical skills.

•Checks the quality of the materials in accordance with the engineers’ / customers’ demands, the Purchase Orders (terms and conditions) and contracts, to meet the reliability, quality and control established standards;
•Facilitates the materials acquisition process, ensuring that the supplier understands the requirements;
•Performs methods for assessing the supplier’s quality system, ensuring the materials compliance, and the corrective actions requests if necessary;
•Implements process improvements together with the suppliers, providing improvement instructions, problem solving techniques, PPAP verification;
•Develops inspection plans by defining the inspection criteria, the used equipment, the samples applied techniques;
•Collaborates with customers and engineers to introduce a new product; coordinating the qualification process for the new components and/or materials;
•Solves the problems related to the suppliers materials quality, providing materials technical inspections, using statistical methods to analyze data, communicating the data to the supplier and ensuring the corrective and preventive actions proper running;
•Monitors the progress of the implemented corrective actions, ensuring that the problems are properly issued.
