Bachelor’s degree in an technical field – mechanical engineering;
Strong experience in the automotive wiring harness industry (minimum 3 year experience would be appreciated);
Superior English language skills (verbal and written);
Good communication skills;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel & Word.

Coordinates the wiring development process following plant standards and ensures the quality standard of the technical files (3D/2D wiring concept and drawing, design review, technical quotation);
Coordinates and manages the technical development of the wiring harness, requested by the customer;
Ensures that customer technical requirements are understood and applied within the design process;
Establishes good communication with the plant project team (Project Manager/Sales/Purchasing/Quality/Industrial Engineering) on design related issues;
Offers feedback regarding technical feasibility for customer requests and provides solutions to the mentioned issues;
Proposes and validates technical improvement of wiring harnesses for VAVE and cost reduction;
Participates at OEM site meetings/workshops and mock-ups of wiring harnesses, following their technical development.
