Process Engineer

Technical higher education;
Experience using AutoCAD, CATIA;
Experience in SIGIP and CAP H is an advantage;
French and/or English language – intermediate level;
Working experience in the field of cabling;
Very good PC operating skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint).

Proposes technical solutions leading to the optimization of manufacturing technology, equipment performance, product quality;
Industrializes one or more families of wiring harnesses of a vehicle in development or re-engineering, respecting the quality of the product and the time of implementation of the process;
Develops production processes or resizes according to capacity changes validated by the end customer;
Coordinates the implementation of proposed projects and technical solutions, both in documentation (internal management systems) and in manufacturing processes;
Makes work instructions for new equipment and new processes;
Implements and manages the technical documentation in the production lines, participating in the elaboration of the industrialization plan;
Continuously optimizes the production process to increase efficiency, eliminate waste and improve working conditions;
Manages improvement proposals from operators (collection, implementation planning, implementation, validation);
Performs capacity calculation for existing processes as well as updating capacity calculation for various processes (assembly, preparation area, logistics).
