    Essential Qualifications:
    - Ongoing university studies (Bachelor/Master) in business administration, business engineering, (business) informatics or a comparable degree, ideally with an IT focus and an interest in human resources;
    - Advanced English Language Skills;
    - Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel;
    - Independent, structured and analytical way of working;
    - Reliability, high quality standards and an affinity for IT & HR;
    - Good communication and organizing skills;
    - Willingness to work in an international team.

    Desirable Skills:
    - Experience with POWER BI and KNIME are a plus; if not yet given we expect a high motivation to get familiar with those tools;
    - Functional HR Knowledge;
    - German is a plus.

    If you are not yet experienced in these areas, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and learn new processes and tools in this role.

    Responsabilitati

    We are looking for a communicative and self-organized person that is eager to learn and develop within a global HR team located in Timisoara. If you feel comfortable to interact with people within an international environment, are keen to work with data, and want to show initiative in moving things forward, then it is the time to start a job within our HR team!

    As Intern in our Architecture and Networking HR Team of Timisoara, you will be responsible to offer support to HR colleagues for the projects / tasks in:
    - HR analytics (e.g. HR KPIs analysis, quality data check, reporting);
    - Work on continuous improvement in the area of Data Management (e.g. implement new Power Bis);
    - Conduct ad-hoc reports if needed;
    - Maintenance of the HR internal communication platform (e.g. ConNext);
    - Support HR Business Partners in their role;
    - Work on HR Projects and Initiatives;
    - Talent development process (e.g. support preparation of documents for the annual talent management conference).
    - A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our organization, processes and tools.
