    Job role
    We are hiring a talented FINANCIAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER (PMO) to join our team in Bucharest office. The role is part of Bucharest Financial Hub which provides finance services to Allianz SE entities, working closely together with the central Project Portfolio Management (PPM) team of Allianz SE (Headquarter).  

    What you will do:
    Step out of your comfort zone and redefine the limits of what is possible to set the pace through our changing and agile working environment. You will be able to work with different IT tools and different stakeholders having the following main activities:

    • Project Management of several projects/ workstreams including but not limited to:
      • Planning and reporting of project budget in different tools (SAP, ServiceNow, Allianz Specific Management Tools i.e. Wave etc..)
      • Monitoring and reporting of time and scope of the projects/ workstreams.
      • Creating  and sustaining reporting presentations to Management.
    • Resource Management of external employees including but not limited to:
      • Creation of Contracts in several vendor management tools (i.e. SAP Ariba and Fieldglass etc..).
      • Onboarding and Offboarding of external employees.
      • Monitoring and reporting budget spent.
    • Main contact person for several stakeholders incl. other Allianz Entities and Suppliers.
      • Providing input for internal meetings as well as for alignment with other Allianz Organizations.
    What you bring
    • University Degree (preferably Business Administration, Economics or Finance)
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Project Management or Controlling
    • Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken
    • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Knowledge of SAP (CO, BW), ServiceNow is a plus
    • Previous experience with financial systems and IT tools for financial reporting is a plus
