Our presence in Automotive R&D market in Timisoara begun in 2007 when we started as BeeSpeed – Timisoara Engineering Center having a strong partnership with ZF Group along this journey. All our services contributed to the global mission of developing a safer vehicle for the driver and the passengers.

Rudimentary understanding of a project life cycle and project management
Interest in processing, monitoring and representing of various project-management relevant information and data
Interest or even experience in working with project management relevant tools like Integrity, Codebeamer, Git, Doors, ClearCase/ClearQuest, cPlace, PowerBI, SAP S4/HANA, Excel, Powerpoint
Good communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team, fluent written and spoken English required, German knowledge is helpful
Interest or even experience in scripting languages like Python and C# (mainly interacting with project management via API access)
Interest in the domain of project management and the daily business/task of a project manager

Support of SW project management office (PMO) in
Controlling-related reports (performance, budget)
Collection, processing and representation of project-relevant data and information
Collection and aggregation of data distributed over several data sources and tool environments
Set-up/maintain a productive project management environment (ordering, organizing, preparation of meetings, meeting execution)
Project management related processes (project funnel, status reports, evaluation and first analysis of KPIs, interaction with quality assurance)
Direct support of the project manager in various domains (task monitoring, progress control)
