Specialist for AI Coding Assistant Operation - (TM)

Job Description

The position holder will be an operation specialist for services in the area of AI Coding Assistants.

Your responsibility in this position will be to administer the environments in the area of AI Coding Assistants, e.g. GitHub CoPilot. Additionally, you will implement improvements and respond to incidents in an agile environment. You will coordinate your work together with the service owner and the service team to ensure reliable service delivery to our internal customers within Automotive central functions and the business areas.

Furthermore, you will develop and improve automations for administrative tasks to provide a fast, efficient and cost reduced service to our internal customers.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Implementation and operation of cloud-native services;
• Continuous improvement and maintenance of the service in the area of AI Coding Assistants;
• Fulfillment of service requests and resolving of incidents within the service team (2nd level support);
• Consulting customers on efficient usage of the provided services;
• Automation of administrative tasks;
• Service monitoring.

Required technical and professional expertise:

• Academic degree in computer science, engineering or an equivalent qualification;
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and tools;
• Experience in cyber security;
• Experience with authentication methods and Active Directory;
• Experience with cloud services and cloud-native technologies;
• Experience in development of automations;
• Experience in IT Service operations (e.g. Monitoring, IT Service Management, etc.);
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).

In addition, ideal candidates will also have:

• Experience with the application of Large Language Models and/or generative AI is considered as a plus;
• Intercultural sensitivity..
