    Job role
    We are looking for a Senior Recruiter/Talent Attraction Partner (m/f/d) who is passionate about gaining in-depth understanding of the business to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience to our hiring managers.     Responsibilities
    In this role you will…

    • Conduct soft skill interviews and provide constructive feedback to support hiring decisions;
    • Moderate the interview review meetings with Hiring Managers/Partners;
    • Manage administration tasks, including offer presentation and negotiation, preparing the necessary information for the Workers' Council validation of offers, updating systems, trackers and internal stakeholders;
    • Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders (HR Business Partner, Internal Services colleagues, Talent Management, People Care team, Compensation team, Onboarding Team, Communications team and more) to help Hiring Managers attract and hire the talents required to support our current and future business goals and strategy;
    • Contribute to future-oriented talent attraction solutions while learning and further developing your skills in a dynamic and team-oriented environment;
    • Help build and foster an attractive employer brand as well as support diversity and inclusion initiatives and measures applicable to the recruitment process;
    • Contribute to ensure an excellent candidate experience for internal and external candidates of all levels of professional seniority;
    • Monitor and steer together with internal stakeholders (e.g. Internal Services Team) the recruiting process through constant collaboration and communication;
    • Ensure that the interview process steps are compliant with functional rules and policies;
    • Manage the relationship with both internal and third party/external vendors, such as Head Hunter services.
    Requirements
    • 3+ years of working experience in human resources/people experience function, preferably in recruiting and/or any customer-facing roles, ideally in an international environment;
    • University Degree in a relevant field of activity or relevant work experience;
    • Experience in driving recruiting strategies and/or recruiting initiatives;
    • Experience in relationship management and ability to partner closely with hiring managers in different countries;
    • Strong customer focused attitude with the ability to prioritize for the long-term benefit of the company;
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, knowledge of German and other languages is a plus;
    • Experience in project management and process design is a plus- you will be joining an organization who values your ideas and will help you implement those in line with our strategy;
    • Excellent MS-Office skills, experience with SAP e-recruiting, SuccessFactors and/or other applicant tracking systems is a plus.
