The Global Internal Learning Organizer Central Programs is centrally responsible for the transactional steps of globally offered central training programs.
The following tasks are part of the function:
* Implementation and execution of the administration processes for the agreed programs (e.g. handling of learning needs, bundling of needs);
* Publishing and promotion of the supported global learning offers incl. the maintenance of internal communication platforms;
* Maintenance of the learning items on the internal Learning Management System (LMS);
* Alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners of volume and timing for the training execution;
* Ordering of training events and executions at our external learning providers and afterwards accounting of costs to our internal participants;
* Cost controlling on our internal cost centers / settlement centers and incoming / outgoing invoices;
* Tracking of participations and executions incl. the clarification of single cases;
* Interaction with participants and providers to exchange relevant information and data;
* Continuous improvement of processes in alignment with the relevant (internal and external) stakeholders;
* Administration of internal training events (e.g. participant management, resource planning, preparation and follow up actions).
Job requirements:
* University Degree;
* Completed vocational training in the area of commerce including several years of operational experience in the area of training management or comparable qualification;
* Well organized and resilient;
* Analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities;
* Strong team player with good communication style;
* High customer and service orientation;
* Passionate, flexible, creative;
* Experience in the usage of CEOS and SAP and cost controlling;
* Profound expertise with MS Office Application (preferably O365);
* Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
