Global HR Systems Operations Internship (TM)

Job Description

• Provide support for the Global Learning design team for administrative tasks and support for global project activities (documentation, video and PowerPoint creation, webpage administration, etc);
• Develop reporting and analytical needs for the business;
• Documentation and Reporting to support project managements;
• Complete regular data quality reviews;
• Update and improve global training materials/ existing eLearnings;
• Continuously work to improve existing standards and quality processes;
• Conduct research and analysis on learning trends and technologies;
• Design of supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations);
• Become an active member of Continental's Learning Community;
• Collaborate closely with other Learning designers from Continental.

• University studies on going;
• Fluent English knowledge is mandatory;
• Microsoft Office package knowledge needed (PowerPoint, excel, etc.);
• Graphic design and Data visualization;
• optimally eLearning authoring tools (Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond, TTKF etc.);
• Ability to work and collaborate in a highly virtual environment;
• High system and process affinity;
• Cross cultural communication and interpersonal skills;
• Eager to learn and accept new challenges in an agile environment;
• Self-responsibility and self-discipline.
