    Job role

    • Preparation of specific Resilience documents under the guidance of senior roles;
    Responsibilities
    • Prepare Protection & Resilience reports and analysis (Good Excel and PowerPoint skills required);
    • Support in the development of Protection & Resilience awareness materials among the OE´s employees and on top level management;
    • Support the implementation of the controls and process requirements specifics to Protective Security Management and Business Continuity Management;
    • Analyze deviations from the Group standard BCM and PSM requirements under guidance from senior roles;
    • Prepare presentation materials (incl. training materials) for meetings with customers or service owners
    • Support the current service delivery team with various administrational tasks (monthly reporting, documentation, templates, presentations, meetings coordination, communication and others.)
    Requirements
    • Ability to set priorities and work under  tight deadlines;
    • Strong coordination and communication abilities
    • Good level of self-organization;
    • Self-motivated, proactive and customer-centric working style;
    • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances;
    • Interest in developing skills in the area of Protection & Resilience (Protective Security Management and Business Continuity Management);
    • Cross-cultural experience is a plus (ability to operate within a global team environment / work within global virtual teams)
    Skills
    • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, IT or related field;
    • 1 year of relevant working experience ideally as reporting analyst/specialist, project management.
    • Ability to analyze data and extrapolate relevant information, identify problem root causes and communicate it effectively
    • Fluent English is required (speaking and writing);
    • Strong customer service orientation;
    • Analytical thinking;
    • A sense for details;
    • Ability to deliver high-quality results;
