•Economical/Engineering University Degree;
•5- 8 years of experience in a similar position;
•English- advanced level;
•Costumer focused solutions, creativity;
•Transparency, independence, leadership, communication, adaptability, flexibility.
•Deploys all the logistics standards, documentation, guidelines, working methods and tools in the plant and toward suppliers;
•Contributes to the logistics infrastructure according to the customers' rules and critical points defined by the company Supply Chain Development Management department;
•Ensures the continuous improvement with the objectives of maximizing the service level, minimizing the logistic costs and inventories and accelerating the physical flows from suppliers to customers;
•Follows up the plant sales, inventory, and operations planning on a monthly/weekly basis;
•Manages MRP weekly process for procurement of the materials;
•Ensures the supply of the required amount of components;
•Manages the stock level of raw materials and components, according to customer requirements and company objectives.
•Monitors the performance of suppliers in accordance with contracts, reporting any irregularities or problems;
•Maintains permanent contact with the Production Department to ensure an optimum production flow;
•Maintains permanent contact with the Department of Engineering in order to minimize as much as possible the impact on the stock of components due to technical modifications;
•Monitors the status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of all materials, including timely resolution, communication, and mitigation of future potential problems;
•Determines and establishes optimal inventory levels based on the forecast, demand variation and material lead times;
•Coordinates material flows throughout product/BOM changes, obsolescence, and the introduction of new suppliers and/or materials due to new product development;
•Manages the inter-company flow or materials between warehouse locations;
•Manages and resolves issues regarding PO to invoice discrepancies, returns and quality problems with suppliers;
•Provides back-up support for supply chain functions including shipping, receiving, and other duties as assigned;
•Responsible for correct maintenance of material master system planning parameters (MOQ, lead time, safety stocks);
•Collaborates with internal customers and provides a high level of customer service, including recommending solutions, resources, and alternative supply options.
