    Requirements

    o Minimum 3 years of experience in IT
    o Operating network experience (router, switch, load balancer, security, network management) is an advantage
    o Project management skills and experience
    o Fluent in English written and verbal, other languages (French or German) could be an advantage
    o Considerable practical skills and experience in development and documentation of concepts and technical solution papers, proficiency in working with Microsoft Visio and other Office programs
    o Availability for travel approximately 25% of time

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    o Review incoming customer business demand and match tem against AZ Tech Standard product portfolio
    o Help the customer by defining best value for price solution
    o Break down customer demand into several deliverables
    o Provide data for the customer offer
    o Set up ad hock meeting to clarify on open topics to translate non-technical user requirements and description into a technical solution
    o Define technical task, assign tasks to different delivery streams and track the response
    o Work close together with service architect
    o Implement a feedback loop from design proposal and delivered service
    o Align with the PM a service hand over procedure

    o Excellent interpersonal, intercultural and organizational skills;
    o Self-starter, quick learner mentality and team player spirit;
    o Sensitive to intercultural differences, corporate politics, and confidential data.
