    Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics or equivalent
    Conclusive experience in crash simulations or passive safety tests
    Experience as project manager or proven project development experience
    Proven oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
    Excellent command of English, other languages (e.g. French) considered a plus

    The Passive Safety Performance Leader position is opened within our Passive Safety Customer Requirements team, which is responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of the driver, the passengers and pedestrian for the Logan / Duster vehicles.
    You will be able to contribute to the convergence of the project from a passive security point of view, by guiding the project teams (design, design, FEA, prototype, physical testing ...).
    You will have the opportunity to work in an international environment with connections in France, as well as with the various entities developing the vehicles in various locations worldwide (Russia, South America, India, etc.).

    In this position, your responsibilities will be to:
    Participate in development efforts related to vehicle validation for passive safety requirements (regulation and EuroNCAP ratings);
    Provide passive safety technical requirements for Logan/Duster vehicle range (frontal, side, rear, pedestrian impacts, etc) to the project design teams;
    Pilot the passive safety validation of the project – defines the passive safety performance level at milestone;
    Synthetize the project status of the passive safety, inform the project leaders and define the action plans with the participation of project teams and support of Renault France passive safety team;
    Coordinates the technical evolution of the project in order to attend the requirements.
