Technical bachelor degree – mechanical profile;
Ability to understand technical documentation;
Knowledge of ANPQP, AMDEC, SPC, MSA, QRCI;
Knowledge of safety procedures, industry terminology and equipment safety features;
Knowledge and understanding of the electrical field;
Programming of 6-axis robots (ABB, Fanuc, Kuka) is an advantage.

Responsible for the achievement of KPIs in terms of maintenance in the thermoforming area;
Coordinates all maintenance activities in the thermoforming area and checks their effectiveness;
Implements actions leading to closure of QRCIs;
Defines prevention and forecasting plans for all machines and moulds in the thermoforming area;
Develops instructions and procedures for Maintenance Levels 1,2, 3 & 4 as well as for curative, preventive and predictive maintenance of equipment in the thermoforming area;
Plans and monitors the performance of level 5 preventive maintenance;
Maintains records, analyses and develops action plans to continuously improve maintenance activities in the thermoforming area;
Responsible for tracking and respecting the maintenance budget;
Responsible for the definition of the min/max stock of spare parts for thermoforming equipment, the order point and their stock in the warehouse;
Responsible for the inventory of spare parts for thermoforming equipment;
Responsible for providing training for new machines, moulds and equipment to maintenance technicians, foremen and operators;
Responsible for the technical documentation of thermoforming equipment;
Validates new thermoforming tools;
Keeps updated contracts with equipment manufacturers.
