    Completed university degree;
    Fluency in English; German would be a plus;
    Excellent Microsoft Office skills (esp. Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
    Experience with SAP e-Recruiting or at least any other candidate tracking system;
    1-3 years previous experience in HR (Recruitment ), preferably in BPO environment;
    Active Search experience;
    Ideally previous experience in a corporate environment.


    Customer focused attitude with strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
    Excellent interpersonal, intercultural and organizational skills;
    Self-starter, quick learner mentality and team player spirit;
    Sensitive to intercultural differences, corporate politics, and confidential data.


    Manage vacancies through SAP e-Recruiting:

    • publish positions on internal/external job boards
    • perform daily screening of incoming applications
    • support hiring managers in different activities
    • close positions

    Manage applicant communication through SAP e-Recruiting:

    • follow-up for missing documents
    • schedule interviews
    • provide feedback

    Perform Active Search through LinkedIn and other platforms: search for profiles, communication with potential candidates;
    Provide figures for the recruitment reports through Excel and e-Recruiting;
    Manage different ad hoc and administrative requests;
    Support of various recruitment projects.
