The Powertrain Division has more than 35,400 employees working at 54 locations in 19 countries.

You will be responsible for leading the advance development projects on electrification in Engine Systems, Product Line electronics: On-Board Conductive Charger, Infrastructure Charger and Wireless Charger. Additionally, you will be leading an European funding project for Electrification activities within Continental. You need to support quote activities and assure that the generic development projects are ready for production. Responsibilities:

* Project responsible for the generic development projects
* Managing EU funded project for Electrification activities within Continental Timisoara
* Project release preparation
* Support Customer Quotes based on the existing development project
* Requirements Management of all electronics customer requirements
* Change Management Activities
* Follow the Automotive Development Process - Continental Product Lifecycle
* Manage inter-disciplinary teams
* Support a smooth product launch in production
* Technical presentations to the customer
* Autonomous communication to the customer
* Cost tracking and implementation of cost optimized solutions


* Degree in Engineering or similar education
* Long-term professional experience within automotive-industry
