    As a Hardware Senior Designer in the Transmission Application team you will:



    * Plan and track all electronics discipline deliveries and related activities according to customer/internal milestones, required scope and quality.
    * Collaborate with the electronics team to achieve the project goals in terms of scope, timing and quality.
    * Create and optimize complex schematics based on the customer requirements and new technology trends
    * Contribute in defining electrical requirements at product level;
    * Provide design, calculation, simulation, hardware - software interface and documentation of hardware modules according to product specification and defined processes;
    * Assure electronics development according to the valid development process.
    * Lead electronics relevant requirements engineering from initial analysis through test execution.
    * Prepare and perform electronics discipline releases.
    * Handle critical situations that occur during electronics project development;
    * Take decisions and assume possible risks when necessary.
    * Evaluate the necessary roles and define adequate project organization;
    * Ensure the communication with other disciplines (software, mechanical, layout, production, system) within Customer Application cluster as well as within generic cluster of Technology and Platform. Our team is working in an international level context and interfaces with software and mechanical design project teams, providing solutions for different types of drive technologies, such as: Double-clutch Transmission, Continuously Variable Transmission, Torque converter transmission, All-wheel/lock technology.

    University degree e.g. Electronics, Automation, Telecommunications etc. Experience as hardware project manager or similar roles of 2+ years; Good electronics knowledge, experience of 3+ years;
    * Good knowledge in the area of development processes and quality assurance;
    * Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design techniques;
    * Knowledge of using measurement equipments and design tools, testing environment;
    * Fluency in English;
    * Soft skills: Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and manage pressure.
