    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

     4-5+ years preferable (min 2-3 years) of relevant marketing experience and Bachelors degree Education in Marketing or other relevant discipline
     Strong working knowledge of trade marketing practices
     Exceptional organizational and time management skills
     Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to completion and within deadlines
     Strong computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
     Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills
     High level of initiative with the ability to self-motivate
     Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize
     Works well independently and in team settings
     Proficient command of English

    Responsibilities

     Increasing / creating the demand at Wholesaler, Retailer, or Distributor level, across the channel and before it reaches the consumer
     Ensure that a retailer promotes a company's product against competitors
     Focuses on sales fundamentals, such as Distribution, Display, Promotion and Price
     Set the right planogram, price announcements such as inserts, use of point of purchase materials / promotional material

     Lead trade marketing initiatives to ensure proper strategy in place to meet both brand and customer expectations
     Identify and develop necessary Point of Sales tools to increase brand presence, “shelf share and improve customer satisfaction
     Keep track of all stands and expositors in the market, analyze their ROI and come with clear plan & strategies of further improvements
     Develop Consumer promotions in collaboration with Product Manager and Area Sales Managers and support market executions
     Create and maintain trade calendar of activities working with both the commercial & marketing team
     Monitor and evaluate trade marketing programs and activities to measure effectiveness and recommendation of improvements as needed
     Implement and track Trade Marketing programs for retailers with commercial and marketing teams designed to increase sales and brand/category presence
     Carry out specific Trade Marketing programs, respecting company commercial policies, company strategy with the retailers and brand equity
     Work closely with the retail & marketing team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with marketing objectives and sales revenue targets
     Report sales needs and field intelligence to marketing / commercial teams
     Analyze brand sell through results by channel and make recommendations to increase results
     Manage budget and ROI for his/her specific Trade Marketing activities
