    • Bachelor/Master degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business and Administration, Mechanics

    Experience and Skills:

    • Broad knowledge of Supply Chain
    • Experience in Automotive industry
    • Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel) and ERP Tools (SAP,CMS)
    • Demonstrated ability to interact with different teams, cross-functional and diverse
    • General knowledge of packaging materials, usage in automotive industry;  


    • English - level C1
    • German - level B1 is helpful

    Job Description

    • Your valuable contribution to something big
    • You are part of the LOD team, which is responsible with the packaging designing process and the management of the returnable packaging for both raw material suppliers and clients.
    • You develop processes that ease the packaging management within the defined logistic flow with suppliers and customers.
    • You are in charge for the returnable packaging management. You determine the packaging material quantity needed to assure a smooth logistic flow for all raw material suppliers.
    • You place purchase orders for new packaging items or additional replenishment orders. You are responsible for the budget planning of returnable packaging acquisitions and tracking of the returnable packaging costs monthly.
    • You track the account balance for the returnable packaging materials together with the external service provider team with the target to have accurate packaging movements both physically and systematically. You coordinate and organize the packaging inventories together with the raw material suppliers.
    • You ensure a smooth packaging supply flow between Bosch and its suppliers and customers.
    • You implement new returnable packaging concepts for the raw material suppliers and customers for all packaging concepts previously developed by the Packaging Specialists.
    • You give support to all raw material suppliers and customers for topics related to returnable packaging management (inventories, packaging deliveries, packaging stocks, etc.)
    • You organize and coordinate inventories for packaging owned by Bosch or by the customers
    • You are actively involved in new tenders for sourcing returnable packaging suppliers.
    • You actively participate in daily meetings with suppliers, regular meetings with the Procurement Planning Team to align a smooth logistic flow of packaging in correspondence with raw materials.
    • You track daily the returnable packaging supply and customer account balances together with the counterperson of the external service provider.
