    Cerinte

    • Excellent social and communication (orally and in writing) skills
    • Excellent PC skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
    • Previous experience in an administrative role is considered a plus
    • Capacity to meet specific deadlines and prioritize
    • Good planning and organizing skills
    • Proactive and able to work under pressure
    • Displays positive thinking
    • Ensures confidentiality and integrity in accordance with company policy
    • Fluent in English

    Responsabilitati

    • Create shopping carts in SAP, ensure GRN of POs and monitor the payments according to the contract
    • Upload the contracts in Ariba, monitor the approval progress and make follow-up to ensure the approval on a timely manner
    • Print the approved contracts and ensure the signature of both parties, by keeping in close contact both with the internal client and with the supplier
    • Archived all contracts in Ariba and hard copy
    • Maintain contact with staff and if required with suppliers
    • Organize or provide support for scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
    • Order office supplies for the department
    • Prepare necessary materials required for department meetings
    • Manage the business calendar of the Human Resources Vice President
    • Handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications
    • Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests and respond when appropriate with diplomacy
    • Arrange travel schedule and reservations for department
    • Insure support for various projects within HR department
    • Other tasks if required
