• Must possess expert technical writer skills and computer software skills to include, Microsoft Word, Power Point
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment, with minimal supervision
• Must possess effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to read and edit documents with a high level of accuracy

Education: University degree (technical/economical profile)
Languages: English – intermediate level is a must.

• Interprets policy and guidance in order to create training materials, technical documents, process maps
• Conducts a variety of training sessions using multiple modes of delivery as face-to-face or teleconference sessions
• Uses a computer to organize and draft training materials on complex subjects into blocks or units of training, creates graphics and integrates them into training modules
• Compiles, interprets, screens and reviews results
• Enters and updates data into training materials and technical documents
