Legal Advisor

- Law University graduate;
- At least 3 years of relevant previous experience in commercial law;
- In-depth knowledge of the relevant legal framework in civil code;
- Preferably 1 year experience on setting up branches to the Trade Register;
- Awareness of business implication of any legal decision;
- English knowledge – advanced level;
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Problem-solving attitude;
- Initiative and proactivity;

- Drafts legal documents related mainly to commercial matters (leases contracts);
- Prepares and elaborates other legal documents attesting the identity of the parties, the consent, content and date of documents signed;
- Verifies the legality of acts, approves and countersign legal documents;
- Responsible for setting up and ending Company’s branches to the Trade Register;
- Updates the database of Trade Registry with operational branches;
- Supervises the notices to Romanian National Gambling Authority (ONJN) and National Administration of Public Finance (ANAF);
- Obtain operating authorization for betting activity;
- Maintain update the application where are managed contracts signed with third parties;
- Cooperates with law offices with which the company has signed service contracts;
- Keeps abreast of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements;
- Represents the company in front of local authorities/regulatory bodies (Trade Registry, gambling regulator, any authority having an impact on the company’s activity) under the direction and approval of the Group Head of Legal and Compliance;
- Proposes & provides reports on legal environment to direct manager and/or Group Head of Legal and Compliance.
