- Bachelor Degree in law.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have the ability to work in parallel on multiple topics and with different stakeholders.
- Exhibit a strong collaborative behavior.
- You are fluent in English and Romanian orally and in writing.
- Affinity for working with IT applications and profound knowledge of office 365 applications, in particular MS Word.

Corporate Secretary:
- Preparation and execution of annual general meetings as well as board meetings incl. preparation of minutes globally for all affiliates (approx. 10 legal entities).
- Manage Trademarks.


Global Data Protection Support:
- Support in the implementation of data protection measures.
- Support with data subject requests, TIAs.
- Maintain the register of processing activities.
- Review and update of existing data protection notices, disclaimers, policies and other documentation.
