Legal Adviser / Lawyer (junior position)

CJR Renewables is a global service provider, offering full EPC/BoP/BoS solutions in the renewable energy sector, operating across all project implementation processes.

• Min. 1 year of experience in legal practice, preferably in a construction field.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of law, with special regard to civil law (contract law), construction law, and administrative law.
• Very good command of English in speaking and writing (min. B2).
• Practical knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within an international team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactiveness and flexibility.
• Ability to meet deadlines and reliability in work performance.

• Support in preparation and coordination of legal documents within Romanian entities from the construction section: subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers
• Support in legal processing and supervision of company business documentation
• Support in ensuring consistency in commercial documentation throughout the region
• Participation in the creation and updating of procedures in close collaboration with the other departments.
• Preparation of reports, analyses, and summaries for the internal needs of the company.
• Support to the line manager for all corporate projects.
