- Bachelor's degree in law
- Excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to work in parallel on multiple topics and with different stakeholders
- Strong collaborative behavior
- English and Romanian: fluent orally and in writing
- Affinity for working with IT applications and profound knowledge of Office 365 applications, in particular MS WORD

- Support the Legal team based in Switzerland in contract related matters, in particular regarding the administration and optimization of contract templates (including digitalization of the review process)
- Implement contract related client requirements regarding subcontractors (including defining and managing the process).
- Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements.
