Responsibilities

* Coordinates and organizes technical activities for securing machine availability at required parameters
* Coordinates competent and cost-effective maintenance of equipment by preventive and predictive (incl.MTC) maintenance activities
* Coordinates machinery upgrades
* Defines the yearly budget for the area (spare parts, external services) and is responsible for respecting it
* Defines, cascades and monitors key performance indicators
* Contribute actively to implement actions to achieve key performance indicators
* Insures efficient cooperation with all other departments for achieving the key performance indicators
* Coordinates the equipment related investment projects in the area
* Evaluates and insures development of the technical human resource in the area of responsibility
* Respect internal regulations and procedures regarding environmental protection.

Requirements

* Engineering university degree
* Previous maintenance experience, if possible in manufacturing industry
* Previous leadership role of a technical team (at least 3 years)
* Good knowledge of maintenance methods, tools and structured problem solving approach
* Project management knowledge
* Has had regular international contact through projects, colleagues or suppliers
* Advanced English language skills
