    Job description

    * Alignment and evaluation of customer requirements on system level and deduction of internal system requirements
    * Define system requirements and break down to disciplines (system, electrical engineering, software, pneumatic and mechanic)
    * Support in definition and documentation of the system architecture
    * Define and verify system parameter (electrical, pneumatic, temperature...) by testing and calculation, interpret the results and propose improved solutions
    * Specify tests including sequence, conditions and parameters for the qualification and serial production, create the documentation and review it with the quality department and launch management
    * Perform engineering tests and design verification including analysis and documentation of results
    * Support project teams in analysis and fault diagnostic (development and production) and perform fault correction, support serial production in technical topics
    * Support and maintain our development processes
    * Supporting the specialist department to create the hazard and risk analysis, FSM and FMEA

    Job requirements

    * University degree in applied electronics, telecommunication, mechatronics, physics or similar areas
    * Work experience in product development for automotive control units or electronic systems
    * Good knowledge of electronic systems, electronic and pneumatic measurement techniques and requirement engineering
    * Independent, well structured and proactive engineering work style
    * High intercultural and social competence (team player)
    * Above average communication skills in English language (both written and verbal); German language skills would be a plus
