    Cerinte

    • 3+ years of sales experience, demonstrating a successful track record in selling SaaS products.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and a relentless focus on client success.
    • Passion for the environment, commitment to impact, and eagerness to positively influence
    • High adaptability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, independent startup environment.
    • Strong Excel skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating work at varying levels of sophistication.
    • Proven ability to conduct independent research, solve problems thoughtfully, and continuously expand your knowledge base.
    • Enthusiasm for collaboration, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with others to manage time and team capacity.
    • Experience in growing and building internal processes for scaling a sales team.
    • Experience at a SaaS-based environmental or sustainability data management provider is a plus, though not required.
    • Sales experience in private equity or supplier relations is a plus, though not required.

    Responsabilitati

    Sales Strategy:
    • Contribute to crafting sales strategies, utilizing data and market insights to fuel revenue growth.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in carbon accounting and ESG software firms to inform sales approaches.
    Lead Generation + Sales Operations:
    • Devise and execute strategies for outbound sales campaigns and lead sourcing for our global sales team, utilizing internal databases and external sources.
    Sales Team Support:
    • Research and contribute to program development for existing clients and new prospects.
    • Manage email campaigns in Apollo alongside global sales team members.
    • Collaborate with the sales team through ad hoc technical/strategic support and regular one-on-one and group check-ins.
    Cross-Organizational Collaboration:
    • Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
    Reporting and Analytics:
    • Implement and manage reporting mechanisms in Zoho One to monitor crucial sales metrics and performance indicators.
    • Provide regular insights and recommendations based on sales analytics.
    CRM Management:
    • Supervise and optimize Zoho One usage, ensuring effective lead management, pipeline prioritization, and prospect communication.
    • Develop and implement internal sales processes and deal management best practices.
