Job Description

The challenges that we propose for your role are:

• Support the Public Standard Team in the area of Order Management and Standards Research;
• Investigate appropriate sources for documents, follow up on internal document orders;
• Licence management of documents in internal database for Legal Technical Regulations, Public Standards as well as for Internal Technical Standards (WISDOM tool);
• Maintaining meta data entries in WISDOM database up-to-date;
• Smart report management to further develop WISDOM related dashboards;
• Maintain WISDOM Connext site.

This is what it takes to be successful in this position:

• Self-driven person to research and follow-up orders in system in a remote environment
• Technical understanding and service orientation in order management (multi-tasking, able to work on several research jobs in parallel)
• IT knowledge for database management
• English is must, German is highly preferred due to customer base
