Internship Engineering Configuration Management for SCT PMT - SCT (TM)

As an internship in Configuration and Documentation Management team in SCT PMT (Software and Central Technologies, Process - Methods - Tools), you will be part of an international team that works in agile setup, and your responsibility comprises:

• Interact with end-users (both in writing and in calls);
• Understand and solve technical support issues related with Configuration and Documentation Management tools and process;
• Take initiative in troubleshooting issues and investigating problems;
• Document end-users work instructions, methods and procedures in Confluence;
• Rarely, if needed, small scripts development.

This is what it takes to be successful in your role:

• Student at a technical university preferred
• Good English (speaking and writing) is a must
• Strong problem-solving skills are needed

Nice to have previous experience with:

• any Configuration Management system (e.g. git/GitHub, SVN);
• scripting (e.g. Python);
• any ticket management tool (e.g. Jira) or Documentation Management tool (e.g. Confluence).
