• Successful completion of studies in Automation, Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering fields.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in internal communication, negotiation techniques, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams.
• Analytical technical thinking with a strong attention to detail.
• Organizational and operational planning skills.
• Flexibility, openness to new ideas, and a results-oriented attitude.
• Ability for information gathering, classification, and interpretation.
• Customer-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Model and implement new processes set to be introduced (workflow and UI)
• Digitize and optimize existing processes.
• Validate process-related models.
• Collaborate in selecting appropriate tools for the entire discipline of process management
• Contribute to creating and maintaining a process map, including descriptions of individual processes
• Prepare presentations, documentation, and reports upon management request.
