Aerospace Engineer with +3 years of experience in the relevant field
Experience in static strength, fatigue and stability analysis of structures (metallic and composite) and building materials using calculation modules available for job specific software
Experience in repair techniques
Knowledge of : Patran/Nastran; Catia, Abaqus
Fluent in English

Development of technical solutions for products that do not comply with the definitions, in the situations of the production process as well as in the operation phase;

Analysis of the chosen solutions, if necessary with the relevant functional discipline, to ensure that the chosen solutions meet the specific strength, functionality and airworthiness requirements;

Initiate and proactively supervise actions to improve the process and/or the product with relevant internal parties (specialists in products, quality and developers);

Analyzes, in close consultation with the client, significant damages that occur during the operational phase, investigates and documents repair solutions in the form of engineering sketches and supporting stress analyses;

Establishes an engineering definition for product and/or process solutions that do not conform to their specifications;

As part of the engineering definition, defining practical repair designs and related written evidence that the repaired product is airworthy, meeting all functional certification requirements for strength, fatigue life and stiffness
