Welding Engineer

Technical higher education;
Solid knowledge of robotic welding;
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the field;
Knowledge of English at intermediate/advanced level;
Ability to analyze and synthesize, interpret data correctly, make quality decisions;
Well-organized person, result-oriented, meeting deadlines, with good communication skills, initiative and team spirit.

Defines, develops and implements welding processes for new or existing products;
Participates and makes decisions in the testing phases of the process up to SOP;
Constantly improves the production process, including efficiency, ergonomic level and other production issues;
Participates in the development of procedures, instructions, training for equipment for which he/she is responsible;
Organizes, instructs and assigns work for all subordinate employees and monitors the execution of their assigned tasks;
Executes the improvement programs implemented in the plant;
Proposes improvements related to devices such as “Poka-Yoke” on production lines.
