    Job role

    Join our Continuous Improvement and Innovation team and become a member of our open-minded, progressive and professional team. In this role you will be working on projects for Allianz Group and you will have a healthy environment to build soft and technical skills thorough expertise of the industry of our client.

    Responsibilities

    What you will do:

    In this position, you will have a significant role in Allianz Services, being involved in activities of process improvement and automation projects such as:

    Transition from the current IFRS 4 standard to IFRS17; 
    Understanding and manipulating data and tools related to assigned projects 
    Participating in the calculation of actuarial non-life KPIs during the assigned actuarial closing processes 
    Assisting in the creation, development, maintenance and documentation of actuarial tools  
    Creating test cases, performing and documenting the respective tests for various actuarial tools 
    Applying actuarial best practices and guidelines 
    Tickets

    Keep tracks in Jira of assigned tickets and verify boards;
    Solves assigned business support tickets and keeps the Global Capability Owner informed about the status;
    Act with proactiveness when it comes to ticket revision, responding to tickets, informing the OEs related to the status of the tickets.
    Properly assigning the type of the ticket and its urgency.
    Communication and releases

    Continuously align with the Global Capability Owner PC on communication plans, future actions, implementations etc.
    Continuously communicate with the development IT team and business support team.
    Responsible for communicating to the OE, via Confluence blog posts, any ARGO-PC updates/news.
    Together with the business support team, organize testing activities.

    What you bring:

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Polytechnics or Actuarial Sciences
    Previous data analysis and insurance/finance experience min 4-6 years
    Good understanding of IFRS17 methodology is a must
    MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Access and PowerPoint skills
    Willing to work in an international environment;
    Advanced level in Excel
    Medium level SQL
    Fluent in English
