Job role As part of the Group Controlling Services Team, the Project Manager will support the communication between Allianz Group entities on strategic initiatives, having the following responsibilities:

What you will do

• Responsible to manage the E2E IT-Economics Processes (starting Demand till charging) between IT-Provider and the Holding IT in Headquarter Munich;
• Contribute together with the project sponsor and customer to the project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, responsibilities, budget and timeline;
• Acting as a single point of contact for all above mentioned Stakeholders;
• Digitalization and automatization of E2E Processes in ServiceNow;
• Prepare documentation and manage effective communication with stakeholders
• Facilitate and moderate meetings, between sponsors, development teams, project management and controlling etc.;
• Prepare financial / service reports and presentations for the management team and Headquarter in Munich.

What you bring

• University Degree (preferably Business Administration, Economics or Finance)
• Relevant work experience in Project Management,  Finance, Controlling (more than 3 years)
• Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ServiceNow
• Agile certification is a plus
• Self-starter and autonomous work attitude
