HR Generalist - Tires

Job Description

• Preparing and providing information and HR documents to the employees, according to the internal procedures and to the legislation;
• Makes the changes in the employee master data application, according to established deadlines;
• Is responsible to permanently update the personnel file (paper format) according with legal requirements and the employee master data (personnel application);
• Involvement in induction program: present HR administration and payroll topics, Internal Regulations and benefits;
• Implement legal requirements;
• Prepare the labor contracts and personal files for all employees, prepare all labor contract changes for all employees and update the data base for payroll monthly calculations;
• Disciplinary liability: preparing the documentation for the disciplinary process applicable at plant level;
• Involvement in different HR projects.    

• Excellent communication skills with positive aproach;
• Customer satisfaction focus;
• University degree;
• Minimum 1 year experience in HR Administration;
• Advanced knowledge of labor law;
• Experience working with HR Administration tools, SAP is a plus;
• Fluent in English;
• Project Management Knowledge;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Results and quality orientation.
