Job Description

• Develop visually impactful Power BI dashboards to communicate key performance indicators and trends;
• Lead innovative work flows to create digital twins of manufacturing processes;
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements;
• Synthesize complex data into concise and actionable summaries for different stakeholders;
• Utilize specialized systems to create a comprehensive digital twin of the entire plant, including buildings, industrial equipment, material storage, and flows;
• Determine optimal resource allocation and assess the impact of layout changes through simulations;
• Provide decision support based on simulation results to enhance operational efficiency;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership team, to ensure alignment with organizational goals;
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in data analytics processes and simulation methodologies;
• Analyze large volumes of data generated from Manufacturing Execution Systems;
• Document methodologies, assumptions, and results of simulations for future reference.

• Technical University degree;
• Siemens Plant Simulation represents a plus;
• PowerBI, AutoCAD - advanced knowledge;
• Project management and process optimization knowledge;
• Previous work experience in manufacturing industry;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel - advanced level);
• English language skills, advanced level;
• Results oriented person, with focus on quality;
• Problem solving abilities and innovative approach;
• Proven experience implementing lean principles, tools and methods.
