tC Case - Clearing Manager - (TM)

Job Description

As a tC Case -/ Clearing Manager your main responsabilities will be:

• Management of technical Compliance (tC) concerns and cases for the entire organization;
• Organize incident based meetings on escalation level for tC concerns. Actively prepare and participate in respective meetings;
• Provide support and expert advice in regards tC concerns;
• Working intreface to respective Group and Sector functions;
• Manage, maintaine and improve the tC Clearing & Case management process in respect to standards, guidelines and toolsets;
• Touchpoint to whistleblower process in Group Function.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study;
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in interdisciplinary work teams, ideally experience in product integrity;
• Advanced level communication skills for work with international colleagues and large teams;
• Advanced level team working and networking skills;
• Advanced problem-solving skills, especially in team situations;
• Advanced level of structured workstyle incl. precise documentation of work results;
• Business fluency in English language mandatory.
