Internship Continuous Improvement – Manufacturing TM

Job Description

- Support his colleagues to live up to their responsibility to introduce the Lean Manufacturing philosophy in the plant;

- Support in workshops, kaizen events, trainings and strategic projects;

- Support the development of Lean mindset of employees and supports the establishment the Lean principles and methods throughout the plant's processes;

- Identifies potential improvements in production and in administration to make the plant more efficient and waste free;

- Develop and maintain data in scorecards / reporting tool;

- Participation and Support in Production meetings / activities / events.

Mandatory Requirements:

- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI);

- Student at Polytechnic University;

- Capability to identify inefficiencies (wastes);

- Good communication skills;

- Proactivity and perseverance.

Optional Requirements:

- Experience/knowledge in Lean/Continuous Improvement tools and methods;

- Project Management knowledge.
