Software Engineer Technical Project Leader - CES (TM)

As a Software Engineer - Technical Leader, your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and tasks that revolve around leading technical initiatives and ensuring the successful development of the software. Here are some common tasks and responsibilities associated with this role:

? Participate in Customer Meetings

? Participate in project quotations.

? Provide technical leadership and guidance to the software development team.

? Develop software development plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

? Monitor tasks progress and ensure that milestones and deadlines are met.

? Mitigate risks and resolve issues as they arise.

? Participate in technical evaluations of potential solutions, frameworks, or third-party components.

? University degree (e.g. Computer Science, Informatics, Electronics)

? 5+ years experience in embedded software development C

? 1+ year experience in project management role

? (proven experience leading and managing software projects)

? Familiarity with automotive gateway architectures and the role of gateways in vehicle networks.

? Knowledge of automotive communication protocols: LIN, CAN, Ethernet is a plus

? Basic knowledge of automotive hardware components and their interaction with software systems.

? Very good understanding of the development processes

? Good understanding of Automotive SPICE processes

? Good ability to plan, organize and deliver projects on agreed level

? Quality oriented person with good communication skills

? Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, automotive engineers, and quality assurance professionals.

? Effective conflict resolution skills.
